Casa Severina - Calangute

This hotel in Goa is a hidden gem! The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach. The rooms are tastefully decorated with authentic Goan furniture and the large balcony offers a great view. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring that every need is met. The breakfast spread is impressive, with a variety of options to choose from.

The only minor drawback was the quality of the ingredients used in some dishes.

Excellent hotel, spacious & very clean rooms, good clean pool, food ok, helpful staff & in a great location, very quiet and peaceful considering it's in a busy area. The free rental of bicycles is also a bonus. I would definately stay there again.

The nearby restaurant, pousada by the beach, was as close as 1000 feet from the hotel. A lovely place for exploring Calangute❤

We had an amazing time staying at this charming hotel surrounded by palm trees, just a short walk away from the beautiful Calangute Beach. the rooms were spacious, clean, and elegantly designed, offering a comfortable stay. the attentive and friendly staff made our experience even better. We enjoyed delicious meals at the open-air restaurant and the breakfast options were quite good. the hotel also had a lovely pool where we could relax and unwind after a day of exploring. a wonderful stay!

The WiFi connection in the rooms could be a bit patchy at times.

Once inside you didn't see the surrounding area which was very run down. The layout and quietness was very nice, but the best thing was the staff.

Confortable rooms;Average breakfast.Location is hard to say: 3 km from Tito and bars area, but hotel is in a quiet area.It means, not in the middle of "action" but not in a quiet and tropical beach.Same time,you are in a fair location.Helpful staff

6 minutes walk from the beach

Not recommended for young people as the staff are of old minded people. " Outside food is not allowed". How can people eat the costliest food at their hotel. even for me their objected for ordering domino's pizza .

Had a great Xmas stay at this cozy heritage property. the rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated with comfortable beds. the property is located just a short walk from both the beach and the main road with plenty of shops and restaurants. the breakfast buffet was nice, with made-to-order eggs. the staff was friendly and attentive.

The room had a slight musty smell, though it was taken care of with the AC. the air conditioning had some trouble during the peak summer. the swimming pool is quite small, and there aren't many common areas to relax in.

It was a very pleasant stay. Location of Casa Severina is good, personnel - friendly and really helpful. I would certainly recommend the hotel.

What you could wish is breakfast that is more European style (as not everybody can and want to eat spicy Indian cuisine for breakfast). Taking into account the wide offer of fruits also coctails (offered by the bar) could be improved a lot.

The food was tasty and the pool was clean. The staff was friendly and helped us with directions to nearby places. The hotel was located near the beach, which was a big advantage. We also enjoyed the beautiful sunsets from the hotel.

The rooms were not cleaned properly and had a musty smell. Our room also had a leaky faucet which was not fixed during our stay.

I ate dinner there and the next morning I woke up very ill. I was so sick I checked out of hotel.
